"Never ate at hotel, but can't say enough about staff ar front desk.Was having trouble with new sim card and they worked for hrs to help me receive my emails where all my itinery was..Hotel was lovely snd they upgraded me without asking.Would definitely recommend and great location.Can walk everywhere. "The hotel’s location is great - you are a few minutes walk from both the upper & lower historic city center. The breakfast is good - they offer fresh fruits, yoghurts, and the usual hot breakfast like eggs, omelettes, sausages, etc. The service team is great & speak fluent English. The hotel maintenance is good, close to excellent. No complaints. The room for 3 persons was spacious and made as a semi-suite. There is a tram running very close to the hotel and you can hear it, but it didn’t bother us and we slept very well. It’s not a fancy hotel, but a good option to stay to explore Zagreb due to its excellent location."

"Superb hotel in every way. For us, the ideal location, lovely and quiet and a short walk from central Zagreb. Our room was very clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, very good quality, and beautiful presented. Kate, the lady who prepares breakfast also bakes a variety of wonderful pastries on a daily basis. All of the staff were superb. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend the hotel to our family and friends."

"The property was in a great location and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was average nothing special and I found that it was misleading that a spa service was included as it was basically access to a sauna and hot tub. Also the included dinner although good it was very restrictive and did not include all the meals off the menu which was also misleading."

"I can't comment on the premises as we were unable to stay there. The host contacted us as the previous guest had caused some damage and therefore it was unavailable. The host organised alternative accommodation that was excellent (and close by) - all this was done hours before we checked in. I have to give the host 5 stars for finding a solution and making our stay stress free. They were excellent and went above and beyond :)"
