"Our television list picture the first day and I was unable to reach anyone via text or phone. I left a message but got no response. I had to go to reception to let them know and ask for more coffee and towels. Only towels were delivered. Television was never repaired and when I check out today and let them know, staff was indifferent. I have stayed here in the past with no issues. I was not happy this trip. A lot of the amenities were closed off for a large group. They did call to see if we wanted to reschedule but we had a group of 20 meeting up to celebrate a milestone birthday. "

"Upon arrival, I was met with a wonderful night manager who promptly checked me in, offered me water and I had forgotten my toothbrush so, she gave me one with toothpaste. The room was a decent sized and I was delightfully surprised that it had a balcony. I enjoyed all the amenities from the bathrobe, the rain shower, and the balcony. I didn’t have time to walk around the casino or enjoy the spa but I will definitely look into it next time. A wonderful experience overall."

"Although I communicated with the staff via email, they always replied promptly. Even though there was a minor issue, I had a very pleasant stay. There’s a restaurant right behind the property, but I couldn’t hear any noise from it, so I was able to relax in a very quiet space."
