"First time ever four star hotel and the restaurant is not open fot hotel quests! Couple table were reserved but we have to drive next town to have a dinner with four children. Then breakfast: they advertise children stay free, but the breakfast was 19€ per child or adult. "

Vill man ha något att äta eller dricka får man köra till närmaste by. Sängarna i vårt rum var gamla och slitna, gnisslade hela natten. Ingen personal att framföra klagomål, de gick hem när vi checkat in. Hotellet har säkert varit charmigt och välbesökt förr men nu är det för dåligt. "Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Übernachtung in Mittweida: sauber, modern und mit großzügig geschnittenen Zimmern. Etwas vermisst haben wir das Frühstücksangebot und eine persönlich besetzte Rezeption – der Check-in läuft elektronisch, kleine Startschwierigkeiten wurden telefonisch aber prompt behoben. Eine Klimaanlage wäre an warmen Tagen wünschenswert, ist in Deutschland aber zum Glück selten wirklich kritisch. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Haus, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden."
