They will take your money in a second, require double payment at check-in and charge your credit card and take over a week to refund, actually have not received a refund yet 7 days later. Check-In process was a terrible experience. The staff member was rude, told me I had not paid, that I was wrong, that my charge was virtual. It turns out I had paid, was correct and he was completely wrong. His rude attitude and presence set off a horrible week at Jewel Boutique Hotel. Had to spend an hour confirming with Hotels.com / Expedia that room had been pre-paid. The manager called the next day and said staff member was wrong and refund would be issued.
