"We did not even stay on the property. The fella at the desk was super polite and kind and when we told him that we did not feel safe in the neighborhood or the clientele we saw walking around the property, we asked for a refund and left. The room was nice like Motel 6 rooms are, just not the environment!!!!!!!!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel dozens of times over the past 30 years. This will be my last stay. The property is no longer in acceptable condition, it does not feel safe with homeless activity near the multiple outside guest entrances, overflowing garbage cans and tired rooms, carpets and decor. Normally I’d stay here before an early flight, eat in the restaurant bar, and take a shuttle to the airport. This visit I sat in the bar for nearly 10 minutes at 7pm and walked out, as no staff was present. Walking to the taco truck outside. Tables that had been served were waiting for the staff to return, looking around confused. The main restaurant no longer opens, so there has been one bartender serving all of the customers with no backup help during my past 5-6 stays. Thanks for all the years of stays, Piccadilly, but all be using the Best Western across the street from now on."
