"In general they are pretty good. The room was hot though. The thermostat is controlled by them and it was winter so we had to ask them to open the window. WiFi is limited. English speaking staff is also limited. Excellent location close to subway station, monuments and malls. All tours picked us up at the hotel. Staff is very respectful. Managers are nice."
