"Let me start with I didn’t think about getting into Beijing so early in the morning and how to check in when it was so freezing! We booked a car to pick to drop us off and it was a very smart decision as we wouldn’t have found it without the drivers help! We arrived at 530am and woke them up and they only took cash as a payment which I didn’t have so they could have refused me on both of those issues but they didn’t worry and gave us our room which is above and beyond... the room was average but...

"The hotel was in a great location close to Beijing train station also the metro. I was a bit confused as the front and lobby looks nothing like the pictures. I believe it has been remodeled for the good. I wasn’t sure if it was the correct hotel that’s how different it looked even the signs. We arrived they don’t speak english so we had to use a translator app. I was told that they no longer take online reservations and that my reservation was not on the system.
