Very comfy hotel and great location

The stay was great, we had a pleasant vacation and the room is spacious and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better - walkable to the forbidden city.

Hotel’s location was the main plus point, rooms were rather warm esp during the day when there’s sun even with a blower and windows opened, think hotel should really consider supplying cool air-con even during winter. all the staffs were nice and helpful esp the ones who tending the main entrance out in the cold. Downside was the room’s toilet bowl had an unpleasant sewage smell.

Concierge staff ~ Leo Jiang and a fair small size lady (I'm not sure her name); hotel porter who stand at the entrance (the tall guy who work night shift), they are all friendly and helpful.
