"Everyone here is extremely professional and everything is kept very clean I’m truly satisfied with my stay. The staff are all helpful, and I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. It would be helpful if the access routes and elevators were made clearer, indicating which one leads where"

"My first visit to Kuwait and I was lucky to stay with the best hotels in town. Professional and friendly staff. Specious nice room, I received a complementary room upgrade. My reservation included a shared airport shuttle, but the hotel was generous and provided a private car. Location is also perfect you can get everywhere conveniently. Thank you. "
