"We loved this little resort. It was a perfect way to have a few quiet days after a 2 week cruise. The staff were all very kind and helpful, we had pizza one night that wasn't bad and fish dinner the other night. We were almost the only guests...another couple was there also. The chef offered to cook anything we wanted for dinner. The continental breakfast was simple but convenient. "I don't really have anything good to say about the property itself apart from the fact that the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. We stayed here for a night only as a stop over to our next leg once we landed. We were given the furthest away room. Not really an issue but had no WIFI connection. "In a fabulous location but very run down. Lack of plug sockets. Cord for electric jug didn’t reach the one plug socket so we had to boil the jug of water sitting it on the floor. Intermittent wifi so do your online documentation when wifi is available, don’t wait. And on our last day, no hot water, so it was a cold shower for us."

"Don’t book this place. It is right on the international airport runway. The pillows had black mould, the fridge was not even turned on, no cutlery or cups or water. No tea or coffee making facilities. Don’t even start me about the shower cubicle! The “Breakfast” was a chicken sandwich and a cup of tea, no juice no fruit and not even a coffee. We should have just left and got another accom but it was too late by then. Don’t make the same mistake we did!"

"I am a frequent traveller and had book executive rooms for 11 nights. rooms are not maintained. Had cockroaches in our room. We were then shifted to another room at 11.30pm at night where the bed had a leg missing. Our two nights was ruined as the kids got scared and couldn’t sleep well. Then we had noises from next door room and we could hear they speak. No privacy at all."

"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. We somehow ended up on the ground floor off a halway connecting reception and their restaurant in a comically enormous "family double" room with 4 king beds for the three of us. "Australian family of four (our girls aged 12 & 14). We stayed in the two bedroom beachfront villa with private pool. Purchased through Expedia for about $1000 a night (accom & breakfast). Definitely recommend this room type - waking up to the beach and staring out to the ocean while relaxing by our pool was priceless.
