"This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have...

"You actually get what you paid for. I was looking for affordable lodging for six nights and it didn’t meet my expectations. The environment is clean and the staff wonderful. The amenities were bad. Kept changing WiFi password every day . There were no outlet in the bathroom and the bed sheets and covers were extremely bad. The breakfast was policed by staff and served in a minimal quantity."

"Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small"

"For a day stay is ok but not for many days of stay. Bed is too hard, hallway and stairs were not cleaned. Rooms doesn't have soap, it's like the staff do not prepare the rooms before the guest arrives. Restaurants workers do not smile and you have to call them before they attend to you. Maybe it is just a guest house and not a hotel so they have low standards. But the services are poor."

"It wasn’t terrible, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center. The staff were attentive and well-intentioned. However, the breakfast was very poor. For six days, we kept eating omelet and bread. There were no slippers, tea, or coffee in the rooms—only a kettle. I honestly don’t understand what the kettle is for without tea or coffee. There was no shampoo in the bathroom either. The worst part was the constant noise coming from the water pump in the garden, which disturbed us all the time....
