Amazing Staycation

It was an amazing staycation. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful and always willing to go that extra mile to make you happy. Beautiful property. Lovely buffet Breakfast & Dinner. Only negatives are that the Rooms are small and they have only Small Queen Beds, so becomes a bit difficult with small children sharing the bed. Overall a great hotel, would recommend it to everyone.

The best place in Belgaum for comfort stay. All the staff is polite and giving their best. The hotel is clean and maintaining hygienic conditions. The food and beverages are fabulous. Mr. Zaid has served some good cocktails. The swimming pool and Gym are adding the luxuries. Special thanks to Mr. Chinu Suman for his kind attention for the various needs.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The restaurant staff were very attentive. The Chef Radhe was particularly very nice and attentive. At the reception too the staff was very welcoming and friendly and put us at ease. The hotel surroundings could be improved. The landscape needs to be redone. Around the hotel cleanliness is to be maintained. Sweeping the leaves around the hotel is neglected. The entrance road to the hotel should be cleared of garbage and the like . The hotel should use it's influence to get the entre approach road to the hotel ,cleaned and have plants grown.At the moment this road is very shabby.

Right location on the highway if you are on a long ride/drive towards Bangalore or Pune. Clean, great ambiance and good food. Very relaxing stay. The staff members are very helpful and make you feel comfortable .

Exceptional hotel in Belgavi

Right from the reception till everything is super clean & hygiene. The hospitality of all the staff of this Hotel is so great. We were checking out early in the morning while came from Mumbai and heading to Bangalore, the chef Nagraj and rest of the restaurant staff gave us the take away breakfast for our next journey with no extra cost. The hotel ambiance and the food variety is way superior with any other Fairfield by Marriott brand. Special shout out to Subhasish for taking extra care for my infant child’s menu😊

Nice rooms. Clean with spacious bathrooms. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room had a view to the windmills which was nice. There is ample parking on-site. The service took a while as the phone went unanswered a few times.
