"Breakfast not so good. I did not appreciate the dog I had to navigate around at breakfast! Dog just running loose and kitchen help picked the dog up then went to serving food….dogs at check in , just not my favorite. "

There should be enough linens for those situations. the seat on our toilet was dirty when we checked in. One morning there was very little for breakfast... but someone had "gone to the store" to get more food. No tissue in the room upon arrival. Not sure whether to cite the onsite staff or the management/owners for these issues."

"Elevators would randomly stop working. No operable restroom for quest of 1st floor. A/C / Heat did not work. Toilet kept backing up. The carpet in the room stunk. The staff was overwhelmed. Too many negatives to list."

"They canceled my reservation 12 hours before I was to check in. Something about no hot water. Apparently there aren’t any 24hr plumbers in the area… Never even got to the hotel. I had to scrounge for a room in a town that had 1000 extra people arriving for a special event."

"Bathroom sink water pressure, barely more than a trickle. View from window was looking at the roof of the lower floor. Television weird orientation, sticking out in the main pathway from the entry to either the bathroom or the bed and I kept bumping into it. Could hear every squeaky step taken in the room above."
