Room was clean, beds comfortable. Booked Maccani Black luxury but when we got home I noticed we had been placed across the road in Maccani Black (no luxury on the name), the photos of what we booked showed a large reception area which ours didn’t have it was a few rooms off a narrow corridor.

Location excellent. Clean and comfortable. Some difficulties with adjusting the water in the shower and rain shower head not working. Need to put the passcode for WiFi somewhere Either in the room or reception.

Poor managment but great hotel

Eveything was amazing apart from the lady that runs the apartments, she was chasing me around from the fist day to pay some taxes that were over $100 for a 4 night stay, which wasnt even the issue, it was her rude attitude, telling me that people run away, and how its happened in Belgrade before, so i was getting treated exactly like that from day one, and as i was on holidays my priority wasn't Ivana, and paying taxes ( that i wasnt even aware of in the first place) i was trying to enjoy some time with my kids, but instead felt uncomfortable every time i came back into the room. She was knocking on my door 2x while i was showering and again while i was on the phone, demanding money. Even though i had another 2 days left. Overall, if i take her out of the picture, it was great, parking is terrible, but available for an extra 25euro a day. Hotel location is great and the other househeapers are amazing.

Unexpected delight.

We were apprehensive when we arrive at the building as it didn’t look so good from the outside of an old building. Especially when you go inside and see the antiquated elevator. However when you get out of the lift it’s a whole different story. The hotel appears to have been created from converting a whole floor of a grade listed building building. Which is why the outside entrance and lift have to be preserved. You are given security codes to enter the hotel front door which takes you into the reception area which was unmanned as we arrived late in the evening. The rooms are all on the same floor as the reception. Access your room with another security code. Room couldn’t have been better. Clean, large and modern. The lady on reception Ivana was really helpful and provide you with coffee pods for the Macon’s in reception and instant for your room which has a kettle and fridge. Location is perfect right in the middle of the old town. We booked a taxi for early morning departure to airport with Ivana and it was there right on time. Staying in Belgrade? don’t look any further than here for a short trip. Wonderful.

Eingang schrecklich. Zimmer gut.

Die Zimmer liegen im zweiten Stock. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Allerdings ist der Fahrstuhl und das Treppenhaus schrecklich. Alt nicht sauber und bedürfte dringend mal einer Renovierung. Die Zimmer selbst sind alle renoviert und es gab im grossen Ganzen nichts auszusetzen.

Otel girişi için apartmana giriyorsunuz 5 basamaklı bir merdiven çıktıktan sonra apartman asansör (baya eski) binip 2. Kata çıkıyorsunuz valizlerimizle çok zor oldu çocuklu aileyi düşünemiyorum. Girişte sadece şifreyle girdiğiniz için kartı kutuya bırakmışlar resepsiyonda kimse yok. Resepsiyon fotoğrafıyla gerçeğinin alakası yok koridor aşırı dar. 2 gecelik seyatimizde esrar kokusu hiç eksilmedi. Odalar aşırı tozlu. Telefonu masaya koyduktan 5 dk sonra telefonun üzeri toz oluyor. Sıcak suları bozulduğu için soğuk duş almak zorunda kaldık. Ses yalıtımı hiç yok. Sabah erken saatlerden itibaren koridorda yürüyenlerin sesi ve konuşma sesleri hiç eksilmedi. Tekrar tercih etmem.

Rummet var snyggt, rent och prydligt. Personalen i receptionen var hjälpsamma. Läget var perfekt och man promenerar lätt till alla olika ställe. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Na reserva dizi que o check-out 12h porém as 11h bateram na porta e pediram para liberar o quarto, quando fui dizer sobre o horário do check-out a funcionária ligou para uma superiora que foi extremamente grossa dizendo que eu estava errado. Mas está na reserva que o horário era 12h então achei muito inapropriada a atitude da funcionaria. Além disso no quarto tem uma lâmpada que piscando a noite interna, não sei o motivo e não havia como apagar a tal luz. A localização é ótima, só não voltaria para esse hotel por causa da grosseria da funcionaria.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Cafe mit wundervollen Kaffeevariationen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind Fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank besonders an Sara die uns liebevoll unterstützt hat und zu jeder Zeit eine große Hilfe war. Wir kommen wieder!

Ett bra hotell!

Vi hade det jättebra på det här hotellet. Vi såg sällan någon i receptionen men fick bra hjälp på distans och när någon väl var i receptionen var de supertrevliga och hjälpsamma! Rummet var fräscht och läget är toppen. Luftkonditioneringen är väldigt högljudd men annars finns inget alls att klaga på. Rekommenderar varmt stället!
