"There's a clear divide between the more classic part of the hotel and the 'newer' section. I ended up in the newer section, which definitely feels quite tired and in need of a revamp. However, for the price paid and the requirements I had I can't complain one bit. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the room whilst again a bit tired, was warm and clean. Does the job you would expect in the price bracket, so I really don't have anything bad to say about my stay. "

"We were in a function room at the other end of the biulding and had to keep walking through people dining to get to the bar and the toilets if i was having a meal there it would anoy the life out of me people keep walking through and the breakfast was under cooked hardly anything left to eat and £3 for an extra cup of tea 1 tea bag and a drop of hot water come on u can have as many as u like at are house free"

"I stayed in Room 14, Classic double . Very very clean and tidy, great to have a fridge too. They also have an onsite golf course and Padel courts available Bar area is really nice , with log fires on cold days Lovely surroundings 5 stars from a seasoned hotel work traveller for the last 30 years "

"Very pet friendly, not our choice but every thing else was excellent. I’d recommend it for location, friendly staff, canal walks/trips, good restaurant and excellent cafes in Skipton."
