"We ended up in a different room on the second night, because of a heater issue. It was a just a bit loud. We didn’t complain and would have stayed there both nights. Staff called us and offered a different, bigger room, so we took it. Both rooms were perfect. Clean, updated. Parking was great, and the staff were amazing. "

"While the hotel is lovely and decorated modern my, their staffs ability to fill requests seem limited. I requested a specific room in the old building on the corner on top floor and requested if that was not available a room anywhere in the new building would be my second choice. Spoke to the hotel the day before arrival. Rep on the phone advised that rooms would be assigned 9am the morning of arrival.
