"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

"We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Westminster. The bed was great, wonderful shower, and just the best breakfast setup ever. Always plenty of seating, and good options including everything from eggs, to fruit to oatmeal, sausage, waffles, etc. It was a peaceful place even being as it is a huge hotel. Definitely would stay again!"

"The hotel is decent anda great location for Red Rocks Amphitheater, it is a 7 min drive! I paid for a Mountain View room and got no mountains, but a great view of Whole Foods. When I asked about it, I was told it is in the side that faces the mountains, however they did move me to a room that had a bit better view behind the huge utility unit right in front of the window! The $22 buffet breakfast was awful. There was a huge selection and the eggs, bacon and sausage were good, but fruit was...

"Only stayed 1 night for a concert at red rocks but overall it was a great experience. Definitely will stay here again for future concerts."

"Room was clean and bigger than expected. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. Need to have some quality coffee instead of giving just black water with coffee flavor in it. Parking was good but at times, it may not be that big."

"There was one issue, the fitness room did not have wipes for cleaning the equipment. We mentioned it to staff one day one, they said they would replenish immediately but three days later it had still not been done. Otherwise a very pleasant experience."
