"The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."
"This was the cutest little hotel! I loved everything about it. The view from the balcony was lovely and the room itself was comfortable. The photos do not do it justice. The staff was kind and accommodating. I’d definitely come back to stay! "
"Fabulous view of Lake Como.Hotel needs some TLC. Bedroom furniture needs upgrading.Staff very friendly and helpful.Pricey breakfast!Hotel situated on hairpin bends."
"Experienced the situation that I need to pay 15 euro to change bath towel with no any service provided other than you have a place to sleep. Please note when you book this place, their policy is to not clean room and not change bath towel for 5 days. If you wish to have clean towel, you need to pay 15 euro for each change. If you need to clean room, you need to pay additional room service fee. This information seems not provided in the booking plateform and need to be aware in the booking . "
