"The stay here has to be one of my most "unexpected" experience as a business traveler. 1. No kettle and drinking cups/glasses were provided. I need to walk up to the restaurant on the 5th floor to ask for hot water, and even that I had to wait for the kitchen staff there to boil the water in a saucepan first before I could get any. 2.
