"We got to our room and there was food left in the refrig from a previous guest. The toilet did not appear to have been cleaned very well. Didn’t notice it until closing the lid. Only 1 trash can in the room and nothing in the bathroom. No extra bags were provided for the trash can. I mentioned the food being left in the fridge to one employee then mentioned the nasty toilet stain to another when checking out but no compensation was offered. Just apologies. I don’t think the rooms are wheelchair accessible because we noticed stairs going up to the 2nd and 3rd floors and down to the 1st floor rooms. I don’t believe there is an elevator on site. The a/c in the room worked very well and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok, some kind of off brand yogurt, waffle makers, premade egg patty things, biscuits were ok. Dry cereal options, instant oatmeal packets, hard boiled eggs in the fridge. We didn’t bother with the pool or hot tub during our stay. It is in an indoor area so that would be good for colder weather. Overall the place worked for the night but don’t expect much and you’ll be ok."
