"We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
Our room was spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was fantastic, and we loved that there was a separate shallow area for babies and little ones to safely...

"Expedia should harder in helping their customers once they a terrible hotel to their website based off the photos that on the website, making the hotel look better than it actually was an inconvenience in their customers they should work hard on helping, and making sure their customers are happy. The hotel was a old hotel, dirty towels, dirty tub old sheets. Breakfast was not good."

"First of all- Expedia really dropped the ball! They properly DID NOT advise of all the “hidden fees” pertaining to this hotel. Shame on them! What was meant to be a fun and relaxing trip, quickly turned stressful and chaotic. The staff could care less, and not helpful at all. The restaurants were disgusting. Housekeeping took forever to turn the room, good luck getting your towels replaced. No microwave. Sink gets stopped up, toilet was difficult to flush. Ugh.. I could go on!"

"Great boutique hotel in the heart of downtown St. Pete. Had a little birthday pool party there. Don’t bother bringing ANY food or drink by the pool, including water. They have free water at the bar but they won’t let you bring in your own water. Also, apparently there’s a pool server. No one told us that so when we ordered from the bar a server came over and was very openly annoyed that neither the bar staff or the hostess let us know to order through her. Overall though, a great time!"

"The hotel is under construction and for the a major renovation they are doing great. The issue I have with this place is the staff is rude from the GM down to front desk except Trevor. He went above and beyond and showed exceptional hospitality skills.
They have a deposit policy that is borderline criminal. Upon check in the have a sign for $150 deposit. The room was $47 on Expedia. They ended up just charging $100. I extended my stay by paying for an additional day through Expedia the night...
