"I was a little disappointed I didn't get the ground floor. The cement walkway outside my room is deplorable. The mirror in my bathroom is broken. There is paint scuffing throughout the room. I got all of this on video the moment I got in. The refrigerator and the microwave work. I don't use the TV. ..."

Was handy to get to grand canyon. It does need to cater more for disabled people. I found it hard using the stairs
