"My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of September (2025). The setting is stunning and the staff exceedingly courteous and helpful. The property condition is excellent and very clean - appears to have been recently renovated. A beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Como and the mountains. Close to the Lake Como water taxi station, so convenient to get around to Bellagio, Mennagio, etc. The on-site restaurant has great food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Hotel Helvetia."

"The view from our room was exactly as shown. The beautiful lake and mountains! We loved sitting in the evening along the waterfront enjoying the view and a glass of wine and table service. We slept beautifully in our bed and the room had all amenties. A wonderful stay."

"My family loved staying here so much! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We also ate lunch and dinner here a few times, and it was also great. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as we did not rent a car.
