"The property is not what appears in the photos online. The owner was very rude, the front desk clerk stayed on a call for five minutes before helping me. The pool was green and dirty. The bathroom tub had mold all around the tub. The locals live out of the hotel, some with pets. I asked for a refund because the pool water was green, we had 8 children that wanted to swim and the pool water was toxic, we had no choice but to check-in and stay. We booked two nights but only could bare one night....

I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay."

"Got in around 9-10pm, everything felt damp. Cranked the a/c, but even the sheets felt damp. In the morning the power went out because i guess they were woking on something?… the desk guy seemed friendly but because the power was out there was no breakfast. Went to the waffle house right there, the power did return just before we were leaving. I should’ve asked for a refund but needed to get going… i hope that was just bad timing but we were there just for some sleep and that was not comfortable…"
