Great hotel

We had a fairly short stay at Fasano but a very satisfying one. Beautiful hotel in a great area of the city, great service definitely the place to stay in Belo Horizonte.

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa. O Spa é muito bom, fiz uma terapia Deep Tissue com Camila que aliviou minha tensão. A Concierge que me atendeu durante a estadia foi muito solícita nas indicações dos restaurantes e agendamentos. Por fim, a localização é muito bom ao redor do hotel: lojas e restaurantes próximos.

Infelizmente minha estadia não foi boa . Problema com o secador me deram um transformador que além de queimar o secador ainda quiseram cobrar 500,00 para emprestar .. se propuseram a pagar um secador novo . Estou no aguardo. Na hora do check out bebidas alcoólicas inseridas na conta sendo que não bebemos nada alcoólico . Situações inadmissíveis num hotel desse padrão .

A estadia foi simplesmente INCRÍVEL! A prestação de serviço ofertada pelo FASANO de BH, está em um patamar muito acima da média. Desde a recepção fora do Hotel, passando pela recepção (Check-in), quarto, café da manhã, oferta de passeios turísticos (até a guia turística ofertada, assim como o motorista, seguem o padrão de qualidade do Fasano) e, no final, se transforma em tranquilidade, praticidade, cuidado e felicidade para o hóspede. Uma estada tranquila na capital mineira

Foi bem tranquila minha estada neste hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom, a área de piscina é adequada, apesar de pequena, desfrutamos bem. Tem uma boa sauna na área da piscina. A cama é muito boa e o banheiro também, com uma ducha deliciosa.

Não recomendo.

O fasano de BH foge a regra do restantes dos hotéis da rede. Atendimento ruim, lento e preguiçoso. Chegamos para o check in e nosso quarto não estava pronto. Serviço mal orquestrado, funcionários com uniformes sujos e rasgados. Uma vergonha. O atendimento dos mineiros é muito ruim. Café da manhã foi um desastre. Tem o bar Barreto, que fica até altas horas com um barulho insuportável que não nos deixou dormir.
