The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

Falta isolamento acústico. De resto, bom.

Os funcionários são muito queridos, como todos os mineiros. E o quarto também era bem ok, mas a localização não é muito boa. Além disso, o pior da estadia foi que as janelas não possuem isolamento acústico - e tem muito barulho, realmente. Tem uma balada na frente e fizeram um baile no hotel que a música parecia estar no quarto, mesmo eu estando no 23 andar.

Uma ótima opção no centro de BH

Gostei muito deste hotel comparado a outros no centro de BH. Chegamos cedo para guardar as malas. O recepcionista nos ofereceu check in imediato com direito ao café da manhã por um preço módico e aceitamos. A equipe do café da manhã é excelente, e o café é muito bom.

Ótima localização, mas o centro de BH tem perigos

A localização é privilegiada, com acesso fácil a qualquer ponto da cidade. O quarto é razoavelmente confortável, com banheiro de bom tamanho. Os elevadores são exageradamente barulhentos (como o som de um avião decolando) que incomoda bastante, especialmente pelo fato de serem muitos apartamentos e esse funcionamento ocorrer por 24 horas. O atendimento do pessoal do café da manhã é excelente, mas as opções poderiam ser melhores. O centro de BH está bastante degradado, com mendigos, moradores de rua, sujeira e insegurança. E a ótima localização do hotel fica um pouco comprometida pelo abandono da região pelo poder público. Talvez por isso, o pessoal de portaria não seja tão afável quanto se poderia esperar.

Bem localizado, boa cama, bom chuveiro. Garagem conveniente. Precisa manobrista, mas está no centro da cidade. Ela fica no Hotel e permite carregar e descarregar o carro com facilidade. A vista é privilegiada. Pelo menos no 23o andar. Café da manhã bom, com uma inesperada granola crocante. Janelas e paredes isolam bem o som. Check-in e check-out super rápidos. Elevador fantástico, super rápido e inteligente. Excelente razão custo/benefício. Todos os funcionários são educados, atenciosos e agradáveis.
