"Pool was not heated. My 7 year old has never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express where the pool wasnt heated. The pool did not open until 10:00am. If check out is at 11:00am why is the pool opening so late. Parking was not indicated that it was a separate fee, $20.00. It said something along the lines of, self parking available. "There was a weird burning plastic smell in the room but it was better after opening the patio door. The fan on the AC wouldn’t keep running so it would get too warm in between the compressor kicking on."

"This is a fresh hotel with lovely rooms just blocks away from San Francisco's fabulous Fisherman's Wharf range of unending seaside views and attractions. Rooms were clean and bright and refreshed daily. The included wi fi was not restricted in any way, and provided ample access for our group of multiple-device users. We will come back again!"

"After checking in, my wife and I both simultaneously agreed that we needed to check out the room before we unloaded, because based on the reception area, we wouldn't be staying. The lobby was dirty, poorly maintained, and staffed by one uninterested individual. However, the room itself was clean and freshly updated. Good beds, new linens, clean and well maintained bathroom. It worked well for a 7 hour stay before an early flight out. And the price was good. But the initial impression?...

"Stayed with my adult children. We loved it. Very clean. Beautiful grounds with fragrant flowers and lots of seating. Really nice pool. Room was large and clean with two queen beds and a full kitchen. Great water pressure in the bathroom and it had body wash, shampoo and lotion dispensers.
