"The sea room was good, although the seagull trying to come in via the open window was surprising. On the whole the hotel was very good. In my opinion it was let down in two areas. Firstly the exterior looks tired especially from the back of the property, you could sit in the breakfast room and look at the rear through a roof window. I also thought that the decor of the breakfast area wasn’t in par with the rest of the hotel. The breakfasts were good , plenty of on choice, the only other meal we ate in the hotel was afternoon tea, unfortunately we didn’t consider it as good of value , as served from other hotels , where we eaten in the past.The choice of available lager in the bar was disappointing, only Carlsberg and San Miguel on draught. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"The property was great we had a lovely big room comfy bed big screen to bathroom was really clean we looked out onto the courtyard which was really big and plenty of parking spaces. The staff were very friendly and efficient we had our evening meal there which was lovely not over priced too the drinks were also reasonable priced the breakfast was really good which was included in the price. Would definitely recommend this place it’s outside of Bridlington but only 15 mins by car it is a very quiet and peaceful place"
