They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions,...

"Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained."

"My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also. Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. "The location was ideal but the hotel didn’t clean my room everyday and didn’t even refresh my towels. I had to go to the front desk to drop off dirty towels and request clean towels. I was very disappointed with the service I received for the price I paid. Front parking was difficult with and adjacent business employees sharing the parking area during the day."
