"I had a nice stay here. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was nice too and got a bit lively at night. It's located very close to Patnem beach which has just the right amount of liveliness, lounges and restaurants-to-relaxed vibe ratio. The hotel itself is not really a "resort" as of yet. "The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool."
