"We stayed in The Flat. It was a great, spacious two bedroom one bathroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area and spacious living room. The bathroom only had a shower but that was fine. There was a balcony as well with a chair. One bedroom had a king bed and the other was a queen bed. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The manager on duty when we checked in was friendly. If we’re ever in the area again, we will stay there!"

"Okay so first You will NEVER be treated better Staff throughout the entire hotel could not do enough to please Now try to get an inside room so that street noise doesn’t bother you It’s important to remember that this Hotel is well over 100 years old and so Keeping things authentic and accommodating everyone is a tall order. We will definitely be going back!"

"Our room was great! Cozy, fun atmosphere. Heated bathroom floors with a great shower. The entire place was clean. Staff all went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed, and the food in the restaurant was phenomenal! Would stay here again if in the area"
