"The property was beautiful, location convenient. It's steps away from the Santa Justa Lift, a supermarket, and Rossio station. Luis made check-in super easy. He walked us over and assisted with our luggage. The LIFT team was very communicative - there were various methods to contact them. There's street buskers that sing the same 10 songs with mics and amps every night. They stop at around midnight but it could be annoying if you need to wake up early."

"As soon as we walked in, we loved it. It is stylish, and large - a really large lounge, with wonderful views over the river to the bridge. It also has a lovely conservatory! This is a real sun trap, facing the river. The terrace is mostly to the back, facing the city, for sunsets. The main room is large, comfortable king bed, lots of storage space. The second room is two single beds. Both rooms have superb black out blinds for total darkness. The kitchen is a great size, superb coffee machine...

I reported this Tuesday morning, was promised it would be fixed that day and had to leave my belongings accessible. It did not get fixed until Weds evening. When I explained I was not comfortable sleeping in an apartment accessible to anyone I was told they could not move me as it was full and that the inside lock would work fine (not that I could test that). "The property is very well-located for easily feeling at home in the Baixia neighborhood, and was quiet at night. Lorena in reception was more than helpful. My only criticism is that there is no signage for the property, and it’s not immediately clear how to ring reception for entry."

"Great location yet quiet as it is well back from the street i side a courtyard. Very nice cottages with kitchenette, loft, dining table and sitting area. The shared patio also has tables for sitting outside. As with much of Alfama be prepared for stairs to get up to the cottages."
