"Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first ..."

"Rummen var rena och städning skedde samtliga dagar utom en av okänd anledning. Receptionspersonalen var trevliga men det fanns en tydlig kommunikationsbrist mellan reception och städpersonal. Vi fick be om handdukar för fyra personer (som vi var i bokningen samt i rummet) precis varenda dag då man ..."
