"The hotel is located just off a busy road. There is limited parking available at the hotel which is included in price. It’s beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings. We found the room to be a little small and the addition of a chair to sit on in the room would be beneficial. The balcony was lovely and provided a wonderful view of the beach and garden. The room was spotlessly clean. We had an issue with the restaurant. We had booked half board. We went for dinner on the first night and were presented with the menu. We each chose a starter, a main and a desert. The food was very good and well presented and the staff were very attentive. On the second evening, we went for dinner and a different manager was on duty. She asked if we were half board to which we replied yes we were. As we were looking through the menu, the waiter came to our table and explained that we could only choose from the menu at the front of the selections which was €35 per person. As we were not informed about this on the first evening, it became apparent that the choices we had made the night before resulted in us owning an additional €36! At no point were we told that the half board price we had paid upfront was for dinner to the value of €35 per person. The manager was very apologetic about us not being made aware of the choices we were entitled to on the first evening. In my opinion, we should only have been given the menu included in the price rather than being presented with the full menu."

"Great hotel just yards from the Denia marina. The hotel has all inclusive or bed and breakfast. Pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The entertainment staff worked tirelessly and there was a good standard of entertainment on at night during our stay. "

"The hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and as my wife is a coeliac it was very accommodating on all occasions we decided to eat there. The only negative is its location in order to see the sites around the only real option was uber or taxi. The public transport was not a good option. "

"Rooms were large. Breakfast was great, however, for a 5 star hotel, not having a proper coffee machine in the room (powdered coffee and kettle provided, breakfast starts at 8 am) is not acceptable. Furthrmore, wifi in the rooms was so weak and poor, could not log in (had to go to reception to do so), and then could not upload normal apps like IG. Hotel reception were aware of this problem, so ongoing for a while. Also could not watch Netflix on iPad. TVs in the room are not smart TVs, not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Staff were all friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay here again. "
