Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10

The bedrooms are large and in good condition.
The staff are helpful and accommodating.
My only disappointment was that the wi-fi wasn't working and while the staff were apologetic, there wasn't any sense of urgency to get it fixed. In our modern world, this is unacceptable. Who was managing the hotel?

Fabulous stay on all counts. Clean, comfortable and very helpful staff. Also breakfast was great and they accommodated my being a coeliac, ( gluten free ). Would definitely recommend and we'd definitely come back.

Staff very friendly without being intrusive. The bistro restaurant has a limited menu but provides a reasonable range of hamburgers and sandwiches, together with some well presented better quality dishes, concentrating on quality and presentation rather than quantity. Good breakfasts.
