"It’s an old hotel in the centre of Bento Goncalves city! 20 minutes drive to Vineyard Valley! There is no elevator and the comfort level of the room is ordinary! The staff was very friendly and breakfast has a good variety of options of fruits, breads and pastries! "

"This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night."
