The air conditioning did not work, and there was no hot water in the shower, which are fundamental services that should be available in any hotel. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the concierge, who was rude and unhelpful when assistance was requested. I raised these issues through Expedia after my stay, but the hotel declined to offer any compensation or take responsibility for the problems experienced. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"This spacious and modern hotel is in a fabulous location and fully deserves all the praise and acclaim it continues to receive. The Spa and pools are excellent; breakfast was lovely and plentiful, and our room super comfortable and with a magnificent view of the mountains. Highlights: swimming in the heated outdoor pool area during heavy rainfall, which was weirdly comforting, and also looking out and seeing The Eagle's Nest on top of a nearby mountain. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we return to the region."
