Great Host & Bergamo is beautiful

Our host Enrica did everything possible to make our stay a good one. There was a problem with plumbing at Belle Arti so she put us up in her other B&B "Entro La Mura" instead, so my review will be based on this. Because of the change in location Enrica collected us from the airport & gave us lots of local information. Our room was great, comfortable beds -clean & fresh. Big bathroom, a view over the garden. Entro La Mura is in Citta Alta only a minute or two from the shops a great location. In the room was a kettle (with tea & coffee) TV, Hairdryer & plenty of fresh towels. Breakfast was plentiful & good quality to set you up for the day. I would recommend staying in Enrica's B&B

Trevligt BNB med bra frukost. ligger två trappor upp utan hiss så måste kunna gå i trappor. Vi hade med vår son. De hade ingen spjälsäng. Men fick låna en skrubb som barnvagnsrum. Hon som öppnade åt oss hjälpte till att bära upp väskorna. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal.

I have not stayed at the hostel because, when I got there, the owner informed me that the hostel was packed. She sent me to another B&B and paid the expenses. I think this attitude was disrespectful. I chose the B&B Belle Arti because of its good location, but with this problem I ended up staying farther away.

Zona centrale , vicina alla città storica. Raggiungibili a piedi luoghi di incontro e passeggiata panoramica . Camere arredate con gusto e colazione abbondante e fresca. Proprietaria gentilissima. La camera spaziosa e curata nei particolari. Consigliato !!!
