The negatives were that the Como Bar (advertised as closing at 1am every day) was never open, there were never any staff in reception, there was a vending machine that served basic food and soft and alcoholic drinks but only took cash, the wifi password supplied on our invoice was blank but did not work, and when we emailed the hotel asking about the bar and wifi, they did not...
"Super schönes Hotel mit fast neuen Zimmern, bequemen Betten und technisch und architektonisch super durchdacht. Essen sowohl Abend im Bistro, als auch das Frühstücksbuffet haben bei uns voll gepunktet. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß genug, allerdings mit zu wenigen Liegen am Pool, was allerdings der Größe geschuldet ist. Alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt und absolut zu empfehlen.... wir kommen gerne wieder"
