"The breakfast and the front of house staff were amazing. The room was a little disappointing, it had no view and was very small, especially when i booked the hotel so far in advance. "

"Beautiful room in an historic hotel, overlooking a park and quay. It even had a window seat! Common areas were large and lovely with ample seating groups. Breakfast and a light supper were included in the room rate. It was conveniently located to shopping, dining and historic sights. Staff was pleasant and accomodating."

"The room was spotless, warm and with a beautful view. The bed was cozy and soft. Everything listed was present in the room and worked perfectly. Couldnt have asked for better."

"Buona posizione a pochi passi dalla fermata dell'autobus . In questo periodo è in ristrutturazione. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in (che è obbligatorio dalle 15). Sistema automatico di self check in molto comodo e veloce, ma per qualsiasi difficoltà c'è sempre personale nell'ufficio. Zona "ristoro" a disposizione con macchinetta del caffè/cibo , microonde bollitore acqua. Le stanza è piccola ma comoda, c'era tutto l'occorrente utile."

"I’m not sure how this compares to other Norwegian hotels but the room was small and the bathroom was beyond tiny. You were partially in the shower using the toilet in a standard room. I’d recommend going up to the next room level up for this property. The front desk staff however was excellent and provided recommendations around town. The property is also close to shopping in historic Bryggen."

"Great location, however beds not comfortable , topper on base not secured so kept moving during the night. Rooms too warm. Breakfast hot food buffet was cold to warm."

"Hotel situated very close to the train station. Easy stroll to all amenities and port. All in all a really good base for exploring. "

"The location is excellent and very close to the Lakefront in Bergen and central station is 10 minutes walk as well. The breakfast was a 10/10 with lots of healthy varieties of fruits, smoothies, oat porridges and of course all other varieties typically available in a continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly . "
