Very nice place. Small, but that was expected. Expensive, but that's Norway. Jonas was very responsive. Loved the area. Easy walk to the cruise port.

Definitively a stay away place, no support at all. I had to use my friends sofa because the door lock didt work and the owner didn’t care to assist to open it. Even when I called through hotels.com they hang up the phone (the support from Hotels.com was shocked). The apartment is not ligal to stay in as there is no emergency exit. Stay away!

They clearly do the bare minimum to keep this place at a standard that people would want to stay there. Shower is dirty and water splashes everywhere. One non-fitted sheet with no mattress pad on the bed so you are sleeping on a dirty mattress. TV didn’t work. Scratches on the floor. Came in with a dirty coffee pot. They check in at 4pm and check out at 10am which is already a late check in and an early check out compared to most places and they still messaged saying it would help their team if we checked out earlier. No contact back when we had an issue with the bed. The area is great, but the pictures that have online do not show the true side of how the apartment actually is. I would not go back to this location if I stayed in Bergen again.
