"Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal von Anfang bis Ende so dass man wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben ist! Dass Hotel top und Essen fein ist, muss gar nicht mehr erwähnt werden ;) Danke auch dann Hermann den Saunameister, der mich hier das erste Mal beim Eisbaden im See, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet nach der Sauna begleitet hat!"

"Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!"

"Just came in for a quick visit for the night to visit a friend for the first time in zell um see. Was extremely impressed with the hotel, amazing location to train and city center. Clean cute and tone of character. Great for the price "
