"Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. "

"We had appartment 201 for four persons for 2 days for a concert. Big appartment so lots of space. The balcony was small with only two chairs but did not manage to use much during the few days. Could have stayed in this accommodation again. Quiet area, mainly residential. Tram only about 200 m from building. "Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Overall, a warm welcome and very good value for the money in that area. "

"Appartamento a pochi passi da una fermata del tram particolarmente strategica e con negozi letteralmente a due passi, arredato con gusto ma estremamente attento ai costi, abbastanza grande ma non particolarmente pratico (armadi troppo piccoli, disposizione dei locali "curiosa"). Nota negativa per pulizia, davvero carente, e anche la comunicazione delle informazioni non è ottimale anche se, quando sollecitati, rispondono rapidamente."
