Very nice hotel with friendly staff. A little far from the train station, but it's within walking distance and the area is quiet and residential. Not the most impressive water pressure in the shower, but overall great room.

Should pay attention for the cleanliness of the toilet seat with brown stains, I tried to remove them but in vain.The floor is dirty too.Much debris in the bathroom and the area near window.I swept the floor by myself. Yet the whole building is quite Located in a quiet place.

I’d have given 5* to this hotel, as the facility is great and renewed, the staff are friendly and they gave me free upgrade. However, I had 2 main issues during my stay which was a long 2 weeks stay. The cleaning staff never cleaned or washed the wooden floor of the room and never changed blankets or bed sheets. This becomes very problematic as I don’t use my shoe inside my room and the room becomes very dirty very fast where the cleaning staff only give towels and cleans sink. The internet is really bad, I had to switch my room as my laptop and phone didn’t have any signals. Other than that, I think it’s a good place for what you pay!

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and overall we were satisfied. the hotel really worth the money you pay for it even though price may vary depending on the day of the week (one day we paid 36 eur and the next one - 49). But overall everything was good, especially breakfast.

The perfect hideaway in town

The hotel is perfect if you are in Berlin to work with something and want a quiet place to stay- not in the city centre. Modest rooms, but clean and comfortable- and a delicious home made breakfast. I had an art show at a gallery within walking distance, and I felt very safe in the area. I stayed there twice- almost two weeks- and I will definately come back!

The property was out of the way from the main Berlin attractions, food and services. Although we were told the neighborhood was safe for walking after dark, it did not feel that way so we either took a taxi home or were in before dark. The last night in Berlin we stayed more central and found these concerns were alleviated.

Booked 2 bed room got a 1 bed room.

We booked a Twin room, was not cheap but the hotel looked nice then upon arriving in the room it was only a small double bed. They didn’t even mention to us at check in that our booked room was not available. Went to reception and they said it was only a ‘preference’ when booking a twin room not guaranteed even though we paid extra for it. Apparently no twins were available so our only option to have 2 beds was to pay another 78 Euro for a room!! Absolutely ridiculous and they were so rude about it.

Der Checkin war völlig problemlos. Der Automat erstellt die Zimmerkarte, wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Der Preis unschlagbar! Die Zimmer (DZ Comfort mit eigenem sauberen, schönen Bad) ist klein, aber super ausreichend. Sehr sehr sauber und die Handtücher mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön gestaltet. Mit dem Uber etc. bsp. Zum Alex ca.12 Min für 17 - 20 Euro. Ganz große Empfehlung!

Wir waren positiv überrascht, ein super sauberes und sehr süß eingerichtetes kleines Apartment. Mit fast allem was man braucht, das kleine Tablet war phänomenal und und die allgemeine Grundausstattung gut zusammengestellt. Der einzige Mäckelpunkt unsererseits wäre, dass eine Art kleine Bar oder Kühlschrank fehlt, vor allem bei einem etwas längerem Aufenthalt sicherlich sinnvoll, gerade im Sommer um Getränke schön kühl halten zu können.

Die Zimmer sind richtig schön, das Personal unheimlich freundlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. In der Straße kann man kostenlos an der straße parken. Bus und Bahn stationen sind zu fuß ca 15 minuten entfernt Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Zum Glück waren wir erst nach dem heißen Sommer im Hotel. Es war so heiß im Haus. Leider kommt dieses Haus anscheinend ohne Klimaanlage nicht aus. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr nett! Das hat alles schöner gemacht!

Die freundlichkeit des personals fand ich vorbildlich . Das zimmer war sauber und lag sehr ruhig . Ich habe prima geschlafen. Die entfernung zur s - bahn betrug ca. 10 min bei einem gemütlichen Spaziergang. Man war in 25 min per S - Bahn in der Innenstadt von Berlin. Ich würde dieses hotel wieder wählen . Danke !
