Dette er stedet, jeg som hyppig berlin-rejsende og tidligere wahl-berliner altid har søgt: En tidsrejse til 1920erne med et uturistet (tysk) publikum i en rolig og uturistet bydel, der dog er hyggelig, central og lige ved u- og s-bahn. Vi kommer tilbage!

温馨、舒适、安静的公寓酒店

酒店位于柏林市中心区域住宅区，步行5分钟即可抵达地铁、轻轨车站，前往柏林各景点、车站、机场都很方便。酒店附近有一家超市，购买生活用品很方便。酒店只有十几间客房，布置温馨，非常安静。客人虽少但早餐品种齐全，酒店唯一的服务员为每一位用餐的客人送上一壶咖啡，感觉很亲切。以后有机会来柏林，一定选择这间公寓酒店。

Nice/friendly service with good price/location.

The hotel owner is super nice and helpful, and the room rate is good. Although the hotel itself is old, it is on a quiet / good location for the public transportation.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und ein gutes Frühstück in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Gerade dieser fast familiäre Charme der Pension und die gute Lage sind für mich ausschlaggebend für die positive Bewertung.

Netter Altbau, von innen eine noch schöne Grundsubstanz (Parkettböden, doppelte Fenster und Türen). Lage sehr gut, Nähe S + U Bundesplatz. Frühstück sehr gut, Betten bequem, preiswert, Check-in zu jeder Zeit mit Codes usw. möglich.

Amazing Location and Hospitality

You’ll never get a property like this in Berlin. The price is great, location amazing (next to subway) and the staff are nothing but humble. WiFi works well (WhatsApp &FB) butba bit challenged by YouTube - You won’t need it much anyway since Berlin is incredible!! Don’t let anyone cheat you, stay here!!!!

Tuhaf bir deneyim

Evden bozma, yürürken tahtaların sallandığı eski bir bina katı. Tüm bina otel değil. Resepsiyonu bile randevuyla çalışıyor. Bu fiyat böyle bir yer için pahalı.

Ein ganz spezieller Charme in Berlin

Es hat ein bisschen was von Eintauchen in die Vergangenheit, wenn man im Senta Station macht. Ein wenig wirkt es aus der Zeit gefallen, dabei gibt es natürlich WLAN, LCD-TV o.ä. Es beginnt schon beim Eingang, ein Wohnhaus, beim Aufgang, ein normales Treppenhaus, und dem Hotelzugang, eine Wohnungstür. Das ist alles anders, als man es typischerweise von Hotels kennt oder erwartet. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr freundlich, engagiert, viel herzlicher als in großen Hotels, wo an der rezeption immer gleiche Floskeln fallen. Die Zimmer sind nicht mit den Kettenstandards vergleichbar (zumindest meines nicht, ich glaube aber, das gilt für alle), sie sind aber auch nicht normiert und identisch. Klar, das Bad könnte moderner sein, aber aus meiner Sicht ist eine kleine Dusche mit Vorhand angenehmer als eine mit festen Seitenwänden und Tür. Aber das sit Geschmacksache. Manches schien mir besser organisiert zu sein, vielleicht lag das aber nur daran, dass allein schon bei der Weitergabe der Zugangscodes (abends und nachts ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt) um eine Bestätigung des Erhalts gebeten wird. Da klärt man dann gleich noch andere Dinge. Dennoch, der Mailwechsel vorab war besser, freundlicher, ehrlicher und nützlicher als der mit mancher Kette. Stichwort Rezeption: Abends in diese Diele zu kommen - ja, es ist eine Diele, denn es ist ja ein Wohnhaus -, und da steht ein alter Schreibtisch, das macht schon Spaß. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist so ganz anders - aber durchaus angenehm.

Altes haus liebevoll geführt, knarzendes wunderschönes parkett, leider hellhörig. Alles was man braucht ist da, schöne lage im freundlichen Viertel Hhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhh
