This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff and perfect location. Unfortunately, we had some problems with the room service being awful. We ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and the chicken was incredibly overcooked and tasted like rubber. We also ordered a French Onion soup and it was so awful we couldn't even eat it. When I came down and talked with them I was offered "maybe a scoop of ice cream as compensation?" That was definitely not what I was expecting at the price point of this hotel.

It also is just within a few blocks of all the tourist spots we wanted to see, would highly recommend. The rooms are absolutely beautiful , Very new very clean very well equipped rooms some of the best hotel rooms we’ve had.

Hotel was very clean and modern looking. Great location right across the street from Berlin’s Central Station. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I absolutely loved my room and this hotel. The price was very reasonable and I will most certainly stay here again if I’m in Berlin.

This hotel is located next to Berlin’s central train station with a number of shops and quick stop to eat. We also upgraded our room at a reasonable price to ema corner suite, which was spacious and offered a separate seating area and desk. Overall this was a classy hotel that in a perfect location when traveling to Berlin via train.
