The hotel is visually beautiful - design wise and the room was very clean. Housekeeping on the first night/day let me down by not cleaning the room properly. Was asked to pay 15 euros to use the sauna (the pool and gym were apparently ‘complimentary’). Since when does an expensive hotel charge me for part of the fitness center?! A shameless cash grab.
