"We booked here for 4 nights, We had a lovely warm welcome. My room was clean and spacious. The room had AC, fridge, Safe, iron & ironing board, kettle with coffee, tea and free bottled water. We did have a small issue but the staff went out their way to fix this and this is why i would stay here ..."

"I stayed a few years in a row and is a good hotel. Was let down as air con wasn’t working in my room and had to chase to get fix which wasn’t. I had to offer solution of a fan so a little let down. Everything else was good and easy stay."

The Dean Berlin
"Room very clean plenty room. Only mirror was in bathroom and quite high (I’m small ) so had to stand on tip toe could do with one in room as well. Food was same menu all day breakfast/brunch which is fine but not to our liking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shame bar shut at 11 for residents too. ..."
