"The hotel is beautifully designed and has a modern atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience did not justify its premium price. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room did not work. Although I was eventually moved to another room, the situation was handled poorly. Instead of taking responsibility and focusing on a solution, the manager was rude and confrontational, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. "The location is unbeatable. The area is walkable to any historical site of your choice. Plenty of cafes and convenience stores are nearby. The apartment is in a well maintained historical building, which is a big pro for architecture enthusiasts like me. If you are a solo traveler with lots of luggage, watch out for stairs, the building doesn’t have the elevator so you will have to drug your luggage over the stairs.
