"There was some sort of daily service but the room wasn't vacuumed and towels not changed for the entiredurationof our stay. It seemd the room attendant would just empty bins and tidy up the room. Water bottle was replenished only on the second day, however there always was a jug with water in the corridor so it wasn't a problem for us. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location was perfect. Looking at the mountains and snow falling every morning and evening was a dream. Easy access to restaurants, COOP grocery store and equipment rentals. Train is a 10 minute walk to get to the lifts and main skiing areas. The staff is amazing at Hotel Spinne, they were helpful and friendly. It was raining one of the evenings we were going out and they had umbrellas to use for guests. We also were leaving in the morning before...

"So comfortable, so close to the lifts! The staff is amazing, the restaurant with spectacular views. I felt like the staff was my extended family. They have all you will need: excellent breakfast, the restaurant with great local wines. Comfy place to work or play games. Sauna and massage. Not to mention all the help I got from a friendly driver, grounds keeper getting me out of a snow bank…. Very friendly, beautiful place overlooking the valley. Definitely coming back."
